CoSauce, a Hyde Park based contact centre is seeking motivated
Telesales Specialists (Inside Sales Representatives)
to support one of our Canadian fintech and banking clients providing credit cards and lending solutions to small business owners.Based in our Hyde Park office, you'll be the crucial link between interested business owners and their funding solutions. Your primary mission is to re-engage applicants who've started but not completed their credit card or lending applications, guide them through the process, and help them secure the financing they need to grow their businesses.
You'll work with a structured system including CRM workflows, automated sequences, and proven sales techniques to maximize your conversion rates. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving through customer objections, and is motivated by hitting clear, measurable targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R6500,00 - R15000,00 per month
