About the Role
We're looking for someone who knows how to turn cold conversations into real opportunities. You'll be making outbound calls, building first-contact trust, and setting meetings that matter. You'll be the first voice many prospects hear--so clarity, presence, and pace are everything.
Responsibilities
Make 70-100 outbound calls per day to targeted prospects.
Engage, qualify, and set meetings for the leadership and sales team.
Navigate objections with professionalism and persistence.
Maintain detailed call records in CRM and update lead statuses consistently.
Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, approaches, and target lists.
Consistently hit (and aim to exceed) activity and meeting quotas.
Requirements
2+ years outbound sales or cold-calling experience preferred.
Clear, confident, and professional phone communication skills.
Disciplined work ethic and strong internal drive to meet daily metrics.
Resilience--the ability to bounce back after objections or tough days.
Curiosity--you're interested in industries, people, and why decisions get made.
Experience working with CRM tools is a plus.
