What You'll Do
As our Outbound Sales Representative, you'll be the frontline of our outreach. Your mission is consistently engaging prospects through cold contacting, leveraging all available mediums. You will:
Make a minimum of 150 high-volume daily calls to pre-vetted lead lists.
Expertly follow proven scripts and objection-handling frameworks to generate interest.
Qualify leads and book appointments directly into the sales calendar.
Meticulously log all activity, call outcomes, and notes accurately in our CRM.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve performance and close rates continuously.
Maintain a high level of energy, positivity, and consistency throughout your day.
What You Bring
1+ year experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Comfortable handling rejection and objections confidently.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to follow a structured daily workflow.
Tech-savvy with CRMs, dialers, and email.
Experience in a SaaS sales environment is a plus.
Fluent in English, Consistency, Charisma, and Confidence
