Position: Retention Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Conversion: Engage newly registered customers to introduce our client's products, aiming to convert them into active, depositing customers.
- Retention: Foster relationships with existing customers across all statuses (dormant, active, VIP) to maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate the value and features of our products to customers during the onboarding process.
Key Roles:
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively in teams to address customer issues, optimize opportunities, and drive revenue.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed all revenue targets.
- Dialler Activity: Maintain the required daily total calls and talk time.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns promptly.
- Risk Management: Follow risk management protocols to identify, assess, and mitigate business and customer risks.
- Communication: Effectively communicate sales, objections, problems, and goals with superiors to uphold service quality and our client's reputation.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Grade 12 qualification
- 2+ years of experience in direct sales or outbound Cold Calling.
- Preferably previous experience in online gaming/lottery/forex industries
- Performance-Driven: Take ownership of accuracy and meeting targets.
