Outbound Sales Agent

Job Description
We are looking for experienced outbound sales closers who are confident handling warm leads, following up quotes, and closing sales, both over the phone and in-person.
What You'll Be Doing
Calling warm leads from our internal system
(no cold calling)
Following up on quotes Creating and sending quotes Assisting walk-in customers Managing your own follow-ups and pipelineWho This Role Is For
Proven outbound sales experience (warm leads preferred) Comfortable with targets and accountability Confident communicator and closer Strong follow-up discipline Able to work independently without supervision
Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year outbound sales experience (essential) Matric Clear criminal record Computer literate Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Basic salary from R6000 Uncapped commission structure with clear targets + Incentives Structured systems and support Long-term growth opportunity in a scaling business Full training and oversight from a Sales Lead Working Hours: Monday - Friday , 9am - 5pm. Rotational Saturdays: 9am-1pm
