UK B2B Focus

: Prospect and connect with UK businesses to generate appointments for the UK sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with UK businesses

: Conduct outbound calls to UK-based businesses, establishing rapport and securing appointments for the sales team.

Meet or exceed targets

: This is a target driven role and you will achieve monthly targets for appointments booked and sales-qualified leads.

Maintain CRM records

: Accurately input data into the CRM system, ensuring all details of client interactions are logged correctly.

Product knowledge

: Understand and stay updated on the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value.

Collaborate with the team

: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth handovers and alignment on client needs.

Report performance

: Regularly report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and demonstrating your results.

Who We're Looking For:

Experience

: At least

1 year of B2B outbound call centre experience,

preferably with experience calling UK businesses. Experience in appointment setting or lead generation is a bonus.

Skills

: Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities. You should be able to engage customers, build relationships, and articulate the value of setting appointments.

Attitude

: A positive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Tech-Savvy

: Comfortable navigating CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business tools.

Self-Driven

: Ability to work independently, stay focused on goals, and meet deadlines.

Office Based:

This is an in-office position so you will need to be commutable distance from our call centre. (In and around Pietermaritzburg area).

Transport Subsidy:

A transport subsidy is given for every day worked and transport is available to and from our call centre.

Requirements:

High School Diploma

or equivalent (higher education is a plus).

UK working hours

: As the role involves contacting UK businesses, you will be required to work during UK business hours, meaning evening shifts may be necessary.

Fluent in English

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Additional Role Details:

Cold-calling experience necessary

: While experience in outbound calls is required, we'll provide the tools and scripts necessary for success. If you're driven and enjoy making connections, this role is for you.

Full training provided

: Training will cover everything you need to succeed, from lead qualification to booking appointments with confidence.
