Gauteng, JHB - Eastern SuburbsMonthly Cost To Company (Market related)Our client, based in Moreleta Park, Pretoria East; is currently looking to employ an experienced Telemarketer / Outbound Call Centre Agent.At least 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in cold calling or a telesales role secures.Salary R10,000.00 CTCRequirements:

• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
• Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive speaking manner.
• Pressure Handling: Ability to work well under pressure and handle rejection positively.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience: At least 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in cold calling or a telesales role is essential.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:

• Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting our products and services effectively.
• Customer Interaction: Engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, building rapport and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Sales Target: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and stay updated on any changes or new offerings.
• Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers through phone and email to convert leads into sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and managers to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
