Job Description


Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree or masters degree in either Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Behavioral Science
  • 8 years experience in a similar role
  • Professionally qualified and experienced specialists and mid-management
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyse organisation effectiveness opportunities and recommend solutions that address business needs, including the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of corporate programs where relevant.
  • Develop and share thought leadership on talent management to add value to the projects conceptualised and implemented under the talent management framework.
  • Perform overall needs analysis and assessment to position for organisational excellence.
  • Contribute towards short and long-term organizational planning and strategy.
  • Partner with the OE & Talent Lead in the alignment of strategic goals for the organization within the vision, strategy, and aspirational culture of the firm.
