A bachelors degree or masters degree in either Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Behavioral Science
8 years experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:
Identify and analyse organisation effectiveness opportunities and recommend solutions that address business needs, including the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of corporate programs where relevant.
Develop and share thought leadership on talent management to add value to the projects conceptualised and implemented under the talent management framework.
Perform overall needs analysis and assessment to position for organisational excellence.
Contribute towards short and long-term organizational planning and strategy.
Partner with the OE & Talent Lead in the alignment of strategic goals for the organization within the vision, strategy, and aspirational culture of the firm.
