Minimum Requirements
An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Social Sciences, Humanities, Industrial Psychology, Public Management or Business Management or related; A minimum of 3 years relevant experience; A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence.

Knowledge of the following: Organisational performance as they relate to the field of organisation development; Appropriate job evaluation system; National and provincial instruments and legislation pertaining to human resources management, financial management and supply chain management; Policies of the government of the day (national and provincial); Provincial government functions and services; Research methods / statistics (action research, quantitative and qualitative); Staff performance management system (SPMS); Statutory framework governing the broad management of the public service; Organisation development theory, practice and techniques with regard to organisation design, process development and improvement and behaviour; Skills in the following: Computer literacy in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc);Communication skill (written and verbal); Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Influencing; Delivering results and meeting customer expectations; Following instructions and procedures; Relating and networking; Writing and reporting; Analysing; Planning and organising; Working with people.
Remuneration
R 397 116 per annum (Salary level 8)
Note on remuneration in addition service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees (medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc) are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
Notes
Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit documentation for verification purposes and criminal record vetting. These candidates will be required to do a practical and attend interviews on a date and time determined by the department and may also be required to undergo competency assessments/proficiency tests. The selection process will be guided by the EE targets of the employing department.
