Organic Growth Marketing & Creative Strategist

About Us:
Our client is a fast-growing, irreverent greeting card and gift brand known for their bold humor. They make funny, vulgar greeting cards, enamel pins, socks, puzzles, trucker hats, and other novelty items that you can't find in a Hallmark aisle. Their audience is obsessed with personality, and so are they.
What We're Looking For:
They need a creative marketer and content strategist, someone who can thrive without a big budget, move fast, and think even faster. They need your brainpower to get their brand in front of millions without relying on traditional ad platforms that don't love their naughty little products.
This isn't a junior assistant gig. This is a "tell us what we should be doing" kind of role. You'll be crafting campaigns, scripting viral-ready videos, brainstorming influencer collabs, and uncovering low-hanging fruit across all our sales channels. Amazon, TikTok, Etsy, Faire, etc. You'll help them shift from spending 80% of their time creating to 80% promoting.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creative ideation of bold, buzz-worthy, low-budget marketing ideas
• Develop influencer, affiliate, and grassroots marketing strategies
• Script and storyboard short-form content (for TikTok, Reels, YT Shorts)
• Propose, plan, and schedule shoot days (executed by our US team)
• Advise on brand campaigns across Amazon, Faire, Etsy, and social platforms
• Track cultural trends, meme formats, and viral content hooks
• Identify missed opportunities and create repeatable marketing systems
• Collaborate with our US marketing lead for execution
• Report performance and iterate ideas fast

What You Won't Be Doing:

• Corporate fluff meetings
• Wasting time on static decks no one reads
• Waiting around for permission. We want you to lead.

Ideal Fit:

• Smart, funny, scrappy, and extremely online
• Proactive problem-solver who loves low-budget creative wins
• Has experience or strong understanding of viral content, trends, and pop culture
• Has dabbled in influencer campaigns, grassroots marketing, or meme marketing
• Can write clever copy, attention grabbing hooks, scripts, or post captions in a brand voice
• Bonus: Experience with small ecom brands, especially ones that can't run Meta Ads due to "mature" content -- unless you can find a way for us to do it profitability.

Salary $2.5-$3k / month
