Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Focus on providing order management services to clients
- Work closely with product competency centres and field service team
- Handle administration on SAP and Sales Force tools
- Manage internal and external communication
- Process and confirm customer purchase orders
- Place purchase orders with product competency centre
- Update and confirm purchase order delivery dates
- Attach documents to SAP
- Ensure timely release of orders
- Resolve order issues and processing errors
