This role is central to how we manage the flow of information between our
sales team
,
production
, and
customer delivery
-- so an understanding of how garments are made, and what it takes to deliver quality clothing on time, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Entry & Tracking:
Capture and manage customer orders from the sales team on Monday.com
Ensure all relevant production details (sizes, styles, quantities, due dates) are reflected accurately
Workflow Management:
Follow orders through the full production process -- from job card / cut sheet stage to delivery
Flag delays, update timelines, and ensure smooth handovers between departments
System Coordination:
Maintain Monday.com boards and basic workflows
Coordinate with outsourced developers to flag technical issues or suggest improvements (no coding required)
Reporting:
Generate weekly summaries of outstanding orders, production status, and upcoming deadlines
Communication:
Liaise with sales, production, and logistics teams
Help ensure our systems support both internal operations and external customer expectations
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
Previous admin, operations, or order processing experience
Comfortable using tools like Monday.com (or willing to learn quickly)
Interest in garment production and how cut sheets/job cards feed into final product delivery
Good communication skills - this role requires regular interaction with internal teams and a clear understanding that we are a
customer-facing business
A proactive mindset and willingness to improve systems and flag inefficiencies
