They are seeking a candidate with strong technical knowledge, particularly in medical aid claim submissions, lens types and coatings, and confident frame selection. The ideal applicant is someone who enjoys providing excellent patient service, works well under pressure, and brings a positive, solutions-driven attitude to the practice.

Description
- Assisting customers with frame selection and lens options, providing expert advice on style and functionality.
- Conducting preliminary eye tests and measurements under the guidance of our experienced optometrists.
- Managing inventory and ensuring displays are immaculately presented to showcase our premium eyewear collections.
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from entry to exit.
- Grade 12
- Afrikaans and English fluent
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable transport
- Industry-related experience
