Description

• Assist optometrists with various tasks including pre-screening tests, frame selection, and lens fittings.
• Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and processing payments.
• Educate clients on lens options, frames, and other optical products.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the optical dispensary.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to provide a seamless experience for clients.

• 2-3 years of working experience in the optical industry.
• Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English.
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer care.
• Knowledge and understanding of the optometric industry will be advantageous.
