A fast-growing and vibrant car rental company. We are looking for a strong, hardworking individual with excellent leadership skills to join our dynamic team as an Ops Manager.

What you'll do:

Full operations of the business Oversee daily business operations Opening and closing of the office Manage sales, accounts, fleet, and other departments Develop and implement growth strategies Train and lead staff Create and manage budgets Improve revenue and ensure KPIs are met Hire, evaluate, and support employees Analyze financial data and manage costs/risks Research growth opportunities Prepare reports and presentations Create processes, policies, etc, and ensure compliance.
What we're looking for:

At least 5 years management experience (required) Strong leadership and communication skills Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and draw conclusions High level of professionalism Deadline driven and ability to execute. Well-spoken and well-groomed Great customer service and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills Proactive and able to work under pressure Driver's license (required) Financial qualification (advantageous) Car rental industry experience (advantageous)
Salary & Hours:

Basic: R30,000 gross + incentives up to R10,000 Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm Selected Saturdays: 7:30am - 1:30pm
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to R30000,00 per month
