Operator: Truck Loader
Job Description
To ensure that Viaflex product are filled and pouched and loaded as per SOP 16-08-06-046
Perform pouching of Viaflex units on the line.
Conduct filling of Viaflex products.
Able to understand process of printing of Viaflex bags.
Assist in loading and sealing of units.
Follow SOP 16-08-06-046 process for Viaflex Products.
Follow correct GMP and gowning process
Inspect units for missing parts/illegible print and fill volumes
Remove defective units and over pouches.
Assist in material handling activities.
Assist in other departmental needs on a daily basis.
A thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
Communication skills
Ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail
Grade 12 or equivalent
1 to 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry /Manufacturing industry
Forklift license
