Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as a Loader Operator or similar role. Certification to operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklift license) is an advantage. Basic knowledge of warehouse logistics and safety regulations. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if required.

Duties and Responsibilities
Operate loaders, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment to transport goods. Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas according to company procedures. Ensure the safe and proper stacking of materials to prevent damage. Conduct pre- and post-operation checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents. Assist with general warehouse duties, including inventory management and material sorting. * Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
