Job Description

Meondo Holdings is seeking an enthusiastic Training Officer to lead the development and implementation of our staff training programs. To facilitate learning and development by equipping individuals with knowledge, skills and competencies they need to perform effectively in their roles. Specialization in Cleaning & Trolley industry.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of learning material and methods.
  • Develop and implement training programs for cleaning staff and trolley operators (e.g., cleaning procedures, equipment handling, customer service, and safety).
  • Deliver refresher training sessions to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct induction/orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Create and update training materials, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Implementation and achievement of agreed upon strategic objectives.
  • Presentation of machinery skills, chemicals and trolley management skills programs.
  • Training, evaluation and assessment of learners and conducting of on-the-job training.
  • Developing, delivering, and monitoring training programs to ensure all cleaning & trolley staff have the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to perform their duties effectively, safely, and in line with company and client standards.
  • Supports quality assurance, compliance with health and safety regulations, and continuous improvement within the cleaning & trolley operations
Essential Skills:
  • Communication Skills: The ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Managing multiple training programs and sessions efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualifications: A background in education, human resources, or a related field is often required, alongside practical experience.
Minimum 35 years of experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
Knowledge of cleaning & Trolley standards, methods, and equipment.
Computer Literacy.
Good verbal and written communication in English.
Knowledge of relevant statutory legislations.
Coaching and mentoring skills.
Valid drivers license.
Must be willing to travel when required.
