About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Operations MI Reporting Analyst

to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering accurate and insightful Management Information (MI) reports that support operational decision-making and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MI reports covering key operational metrics. Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with operations, finance, and management teams to understand reporting requirements and KPIs. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Present insights and trends clearly to stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. Maintain documentation of reporting processes and data sources. Support ad hoc data requests and analysis as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in MI reporting or data analysis in an operational environment. Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros. Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL reporting services. Good understanding of operations processes and key performance metrics. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills with ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SQL and database querying. Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., VBA, Python scripting). Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems. Previous exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
