Overseeing Daily Operations:

Managing all aspects of the hotel's daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments (front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, etc.).

Staff Management:
/strong
Recruiting, training, and supervising hotel staff, including scheduling, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.
/p

Budget Management:
/strong
Managing and controlling hotel expenses, developing and monitoring budgets, and ensuring financial efficiency.
/p

Inventory Management:
/strong
Overseeing inventory levels for all departments, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment are available, and minimizing waste.

Guest Satisfaction:
/strong
Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction through attentive service, prompt issue resolution, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Maintaining Standards:

Implementing and enforcing operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality throughout the hotel.

Coordination and Collaboration:

Working closely with the GM and department heads to streamline operations, improve communication, and resolve any operational issues.

Problem-Solving:

Addressing and resolving guest complaints, operational challenges, and any other issues that may arise.

Reporting:
/strong
Preparing and reviewing performance reports, providing updates to senior management on key metrics and operational performance.

Strategic Planning:

Contributing to the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency, enhance guest experience, and increase profitability

Minimum Requirements:

Matric Grade 12
/p

p
Minimum 5 years Hospitality Management experience

Valid SA Driver's License

Excellent Reporting Skills (Excel)
