Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Operations Management, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related technical/scientific field
- Minimum 5 years management experience in sterile/aseptic or biopharma manufacturing (vaccine or biologics environment preferred)
- Proven experience leading Production and Maintenance teams
- Strong technical and mechanical knowledge of cleanroom systems, utilities, and production equipment
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and efficiency improvement
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, cGMP, or similar regulated environments
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
