Requirements & Skills:
Strong knowledge of logistics and operations management
Computer literate and well-versed in Excel spreadsheets
Experience in stock control and inventory management
Ability to track vehicles, manage work progress, and monitor site operations
Strong communication skills with clients and staff members
Prepared to work overtime and weekends when required
Must be available after hours to provide updates and handle urgent matters
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily logistics and event operations
Manage stock, equipment, and vehicle movements
Supervise staff and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Liaise with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery
Provide regular progress reports and maintain accurate records
