Requirements: Proven experience in operations management, including managing teams and overseeing multiple departments. Experience in the Construction or Manufacturing industry is essential Strong knowledge of client-centric operations, including retention, and customer service. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate the team Computer literate - great on Excel Excellent reporting skills, with the ability to gather information and succinctly present findings. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
