Operations Manager (construction)

Job Description
:
- Oversee multiple construction projects and site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Manage operational resources, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality standards
- Report on operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- 8+ years' experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years in an operations or senior management role
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of construction contracts and project delivery
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
