Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and manage cleaning operations across diverse client sites.
Align site operations with Tsebo's strategy and service level agreements.
Drive innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Build strong client relationships and ensure high service standards.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and labour costs effectively.
Ensure compliance with OHS, ISO, and Tsebo's internal standards.
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management.
Promote health, safety, and environmental sustainability.
Adopt and implement cleaning management software and smart systems.
Skills and Competencies
Strong operational planning and multi-site management
Budgeting, cost control, and labour scheduling
Client relationship building and service delivery oversight
Compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Effective use of cleaning management software and reporting tools
Ability to analyse data and drive continuous improvement
Clear written communication and team coordination
Qualifications
Matric certificate (essential)
Diploma or Degree in Operations, Facilities, or Business Management (preferred)
Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
SAFMA certification and knowledge of cleaning management software (advantageous)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in multi-site cleaning operations at middle management level
