Job Description

Silulo Ulutho Technologies is seeking a highly organized, target-driven, and community-focused

Operations Manager

to lead and optimize the daily operations of our business and career centres. Our services include printing, photocopying, scanning, CV typing, technical support for laptops and mobile devices, and digital skills training for students and job seekers.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in service operations, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about bridging the digital divide, achieving revenue targets, and aligning operational execution with Silulo's mission of empowering communities through technology and education. The successful candidate will also have the ability to influence decision-makers, build strategic partnerships, and manage area managers to ensure consistent performance and impact across all branches.

Operational Leadership:


Oversee and coordinate all service areas including printing, document services, device support, and training delivery across multiple centres.

Revenue & Target Management:


Drive business growth by setting and achieving revenue targets, optimizing service delivery, and identifying new income opportunities.

Strategic Alignment:


Work closely with leadership to align operational strategies with Silulo's mission of digital inclusion, education, and economic empowerment.

Stakeholder Engagement:


Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, educational institutions, and business partners. Influence decision-makers to collaborate with Silulo.

Team Leadership:


Lead and support a team of area managers, branch managers, technicians, trainers, and customer service staff. Foster a culture of accountability, trust, and teamwork. This includes experience in effectively recruiting, onboarding, performance management, termination and IR experience

Training Oversight:


Coordinate the delivery of digital and career development training programs, ensuring quality facilitation and learner support.

Inventory & Supply Chain:


Manage procurement and stock levels for printing supplies, technical components, and training materials.

Customer Experience:


Ensure a welcoming, respectful, and empowering environment for all customers and learners. Handle escalations and implement service improvements.

Process Optimization:


Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.

Reporting & Analysis:


Monitor KPIs, service usage, and financial performance. Provide regular reports and insights to support strategic decisions.

Compliance & Safety:


Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, data protection policies, and Silulo's operational standards.

Quality & Systems Management

Ensure appropriate risk management strategies are in place to mitigate business risks faced by the branches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From R45000,00 per month
