  • Maintain excellent customer service

  • Conduct Performance reviews
  • Focused on generating high levels of KPI attainment, customer satisfaction and compliance.
  • Understand the resource and contingency arrangements.
  • People management
  • Strong claims experience
Qualifications and experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
  • At least six years' call Centre experience with minimum three years in management capacity
