- Drive performance
- Accountable for deliverables

- Maintain excellent customer service
- Execute strategies to improve the teams' overall performance
- Conduct Performance reviews
- Focused on generating high levels of KPI attainment, customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Understand the resource and contingency arrangements.
- People management
- Strong claims experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- At least six years' call Centre experience with minimum three years in management capacity
