- Proficient in reviewing technical reports, analyzing data, and implementing improvements
- Strong leadership experience
- Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) qualification
- Take full accountability and responsibility for the operations of this business unit
- Provide strategic and operational leadership
- Drive continuous improvement, maintain operational standards, and ensure compliance is strictly followed
- Maximising efficiencies throughout business unit
