Job Summary Duties: Property management Case management (medical aid processes admissions authorisations) & managing credit control Manage plus minus 3 staff members Marketing (promoting the hospital among health professionals & surrounding hospitals Procurement, business information technology & environmental and social governance Monthly management meetings with operational & financial teams Requirements: A tertiary qualification i.e. National diploma or BA degree (essential) Staff management experience (advantageous) Admin experience: processes, creditors claims etc. Experienced in coordinating or overseeing scheduled property maintenance and staff Case management experience (advantageous) Passionate about patient care (very important) Other qualities: Takes ownership and diligence Multitasker: prioritising and planning skills Strong team player Think on the feet/problem solver/solutions orientated Calm and mature with a caring and positive personality Own transport
