Operations & Facility Manager (healthcare)

Job Description
Duties:
- Property management
- Case management (medical aid processes admissions authorisations) & managing credit control
- Manage plus minus 3 staff members
- Marketing (promoting the hospital among health professionals & surrounding hospitals
- Procurement, business information technology & environmental and social governance
- Monthly management meetings with operational & financial teams
- A tertiary qualification i.e. National diploma or BA degree (essential)
- Staff management experience (advantageous)
- Admin experience: processes, creditors claims etc.
- Experienced in coordinating or overseeing scheduled property maintenance and staff
- Case management experience (advantageous)
- Passionate about patient care (very important)
- Takes ownership and diligence
- Multitasker: prioritising and planning skills
- Strong team player
- Think on the feet/problem solver/solutions orientated
- Calm and mature with a caring and positive personality
- Own transport
