Qualifications/Experience Needed:

• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Relevant Unix/Linux/Red Hat certification
• ITIL process knowledge and work experience (advantageous)

Minimum 8 Years' experience in an operations environment
Essential Skills:

• Proven experience with Unix/Linux operating systems (SUSE)
• VCS/VCP Qualification in Veritas Infoscale Storage and Availability or equivalent experience (5+ years in a service provider environments) in predominantly linux environments
• Proven experience in operations or process management in complex production environments
• Tolerance for managing high and critical incidents in high-pressure environments
• Extensive experience in IT-Operations, standby support and ticket management
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Terraform, Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and decision-making abilities
• Understanding and adapting to PIC processes
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Advantageous Skills:

• Deep ITSM knowledge, preferably in Servicenow or Remedy
• Experience with SAP and Oracle systems in terms of management, maintenance, OS patching and day to day monitoring
• Confluence / Jira
• Multi-tasking
• Leadership
• Stakeholder and Provider steering and KPI delivery management
• Experience with public and private cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS)
