Job Description
Own the change process for ILOG applications.
Creation, documentation, and updating of I changes, including:
Plan and schedule changes, ensuring alignment with the plants.
Send out meeting invites and confirmations after successful changes.
Document changes' quality using existing checklists.
Participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) for the plants, representing all ILOG applications.
Create release notes for releases, summarizing all changes (minor and major).
Collaborate between ILOG Release Managers and plants to continuously improve the release process.
Communicate with plants regarding:
Confirmation of successful execution of changes.
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 years experience in managing software releases.
Essential Skills Requirements:
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management processes.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in release management tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, etc.).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
German speaking.
