Job Advert SummaryWe are looking to employ an operational coordinator to be based at our regional office in Geroge, Garden Route area. This position reports to the District Manager for that region. Our organisation requires a youthful, energetic incumbent to fill the role. A dedicated, hardworking individual that has knowledge of the catering industry and has very strong administrative skills. The main goal of this role is to support operations in the office on an administrative level and to assist with occasional management relief in the area, pertaining to our contracts in the retirement sector.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Diploma in hospitality and or administration
- Proven experience as a Catering Manager
- Experience in management
- Experience in administration
- Valid driverxe2x80x99s licence
- Ability to travel
- Office administration
- General administration
- Unit management administration and payroll
- Unit management relief when needed
- Supporting the regional team with coordination tasks and implementation of company policies, procedures
