Job Summary Hospitality Sales Executive required for the Garden Route region. Candidates that are already based in Plettenberg or Knynsa would be preferred. Job Scope General: Generating Leads and Sales: Identifying and targeting potential business opportunities, conducting sales calls, site inspections, and presentations. Client Relationship Management: Maintaining and growing existing client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups. Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiating contracts, rates, and terms with clients to secure bookings and ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Sales Strategy Development: Analyzing market trends, competitor positioning, and opportunities for growth to inform sales and marketing strategies. Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborating with the events team to plan and execute events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction. Reporting and Analysis: Tracking and reporting sales performance metrics, including revenue, bookings, and conversion rates. Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and service, resolving issues to encourage repeat business Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5-year Hotel Sales experience in Hospitality Industry with proven track record SA Citizens with Clear Credit & Criminal Record SA Matric Tertiary education in Sales & Marketing Ability to conduct presentations and meetings both professionally and with confidence Valid Drivers License Must be available to attend functions after hours Dynamic self-starter with excellent negotiation skills Personality profile to match relevant skills Proficient in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with high level of dedication Excellent negotiation skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
