Operations Controller

Job Description
- Accept customer sales orders
- Generate container utilisation and make necessary amendments
- Consolidated final market orders on Sage
- Generate PFI''s
- Quality check samples upon receipt
- Bin transfers
- Generated and co-ordinate full shipping document pack (including commercial invoice, packing slip, health certificate, COO and legalisation)
- Track documents until delivered
- Generate export request and facilate container container dispatch and stacking into port
- Matric or equivalent of Senior certification
- High level of Computer literacy
- Ocean freight experience is essential.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Freight Forwarding
- Experience with SAGE and CargoWise is advantageous.
- An understanding of inventory control within a warehouse is beneficial.
- An understanding of shipment / parcel tracking and tracing
