Octane Marketing is seeking a sharp, confident Operations & Delivery Lead to be the engine behind how exceptional work gets delivered across the agency. This is a senior, highly visible role that sits above Traffic, works closely alongside Account Management, and acts as a true right hand to the Head of Marketing.



You will bring order to complexity, turn strong ideas into executable plans, and make delivery feel calm, structured and predictable -- even in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery of all projects, from initial brief through to final sign-off Translate client and account briefs into clear, practical delivery plans that teams can confidently execute Set and manage priorities across multiple clients and channels, ensuring focus on what matters most Act as the primary delivery lead for key clients, partnering closely with Account Managers Lead delivery updates, status meetings and alignment sessions with clarity and confidence Push back on unrealistic timelines or scope while maintaining strong, professional relationships Work hand-in-hand with the Traffic Manager to balance workloads, capacity and timelines Make sound decisions when priorities shift, deadlines clash or pressure increases Ensure the right people are working on the right work at the right time Maintain a high standard of quality, signing off work before it reaches the client Identify delivery risks early and step in when clarity, momentum or execution starts to slip Own escalations and delivery risks before they become critical issues Continuously improve and streamline delivery processes to create smoother workflows Drive consistency in how projects are run across clients and teams Support onboarding and enable new team members to quickly understand and adopt delivery processes Take delivery pressure off leadership by owning execution, follow-through and accountability


7+ years' experience in an agency, consultancy or fast-paced marketing environment Strong background in operations, project delivery or agency management Proven ability to manage multiple clients, priorities and teams without compromising quality or deadlines Confident, clear communicator who can lead conversations, challenge assumptions and say no when required Exceptionally organised, calm and solutions-focused, particularly under pressure Natural leadership presence that earns trust through competence and consistency Experience working closely with traffic or resource management functions Solid understanding of creative, digital, paid media and production workflows Experience in regulated industries such as insurance or financial services is advantageous * Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira or similar
