Construction Experience:

10 - 15 years required.

Tertiary Diploma/Degree in construction

Negotiable - depending on experience/tertiary education

Construction Management:

Supervise and assist in construction projects from planning/pricing to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with admin, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure quality work and adherence to safety standards.

Conduct site inspections and address any construction-related issues promptly.

Source materials, prepare and maintain quotations on projects to ensure clarity for the duration of the projects.

General Responsibilities:

Maintain a high level of organization and ensure all operations are conducted efficiently.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Provide leadership to team members to foster a productive work environment.

Requirements

Age: Between 25 and 45 years old.

Background in quantity surveying.

Understand drawing on Autocad.

At least 10 years' experience in the construction industry is essential with traceable references.

Familiar with reading plans and bending schedules.

Know how to use laser level and dumpy level.

Concrete experience, formwork and shuttering.

Experience in high end finishing

Plumbing, carpentry, tiling, etc will be an advantage

Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with a hands-on approach.

Computer literacy is essential.

Presentable, responsible, honest and enthusiastic, with sober habits.

Willingness to travel between various sites.

Prepared to go the extra mile

Ability to plan, coordinate and keep records.

Pay: R20000,00 - R30000,00 per month
