What You'll Be Responsible For
Payroll & Staff Admin
Capturing and checking staff timesheets against the roster system
Preparing and finalising monthly payroll
Calculating and verifying tip allocations before payroll inputting
Creating and updating staff profiles and records
Stock & Inventory
Managing merchandise stock levels and stock counts
Capturing stock data and investigating variances for all areas
Checking stock accuracy across physical areas and systems
Invoices, Orders & Online Sales
Capturing supplier invoices and purchase orders
Managing online sales and order processing
Ensuring stock and sales data align
Document Control
Keeping printed training manuals, SOPs, and admin documents up to date
Maintaining correct par levels of printed materials on site
General Admin & Efficiency
Managing daily admin tasks and organised filing systems
Supporting managers with reports, reconciliations, and admin support
Identifying ways to improve efficiency, accuracy, and admin workflows
What We're Looking For
Strong admin experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence working with payroll, spreadsheets, and admin systems
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
A proactive mindset -- someone who enjoys improving systems with our team
Team focused
Adaptable - this role is an evolving position and responsibilities may change as the business needs adapt

Pay: R8000,00 - R15000,00 per month
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
