We are looking for an
Operations Administrator
to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Hygiene department. This role ensures accurate timekeeping, stock availability, and smooth service delivery while supporting the Operations Manager in all required tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
Ensure timekeeping is up to date for month-end processing.
Monitor stock levels and consumables for uninterrupted service.
Place monthly, weekly, and daily orders on D365 or manually for stock required at the office, based on information from the Warehouse Administrator.
Follow up on all orders placed with suppliers and report back to management on short stock and/or back orders.
Assist the Operations Manager with daily operational tasks and reporting.
Skills and Competencies
AX and D365 experience an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of timekeeping systems.
Understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
Grade 12 / Matric.
Certificate/diploma in Finance, Accounting and Administration experience or knowledge essential.
* 3 years' experience in in a similar position is essential.
