We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Administrator
to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our team. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, coordination, and documentation, ensuring smooth daily operations within the office and warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities1. General Office Support
Typing of letters, minutes, agendas, reports, and notes.
Compiling, formatting, and proof-reading operational and warehouse documents.
Filing, archiving, and maintaining accurate electronic & hardcopy records.
Document control, scanning, photocopying, faxing, and couriering documents.
Handling messages and telephone calls professionally.
2. Administrative Communication
Liaising with clients, vendors, and warehouse staff on operational queries.
3. Administration Controls
Creating, updating, and maintaining spreadsheets and templates to monitor and control cargo.
4. Orders & Procurement
Preparing orders related to office supplies and operational expenses.
5. General Duties
Maintaining a log of queries and Chep reconciliations.
Assisting the team with additional tasks as required.
Stock Responsibilities
Preparing and maintaining accurate stock reconciliations.
Liaising with customers to resolve stock variances timeously.
Ensuring stock reports are verified against previous reports before distribution.
Working with the Warehouse Supervisor on month-end and cycle stock counts.

Qualifications & Experience
Matric (Grade 12) required.
Basic administration experience essential.
Experience with office equipment (copiers, binders, laminators, etc.).
Knowledge of stock reports and warehouse operations.
Proficient in spreadsheets and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
