Job description
Reception duties, receive and assist guests.
Responsible for collaboration and communication within the various teams as needed.
Source quotes from suppliers for stationary and supply needs of sites.
Responsible for petty cash and monthly recon
Basic procurement management of all stock on site.
Compiling and distribution of memorandums from branch manager to team.
Health & Safety Committee Meeting (Committee Member & Minute Taking)
Report typing and distribution on a weekly and monthly basis as per branch requirements.
Manage fleet vehicles: mileage report, vehicle services, vehicle inspections, and send out reminders for license renewals.
Liaise with external suppliers relating to vehicle incidents, which would include but not limited to repairs, maintenance and accidents.
Manage bicycle maintenance.
Consolidate and process uniform requests with Procurement. Distribute and consolidate upon receiving.
Responsible for site radio checks, repairs and purchasing for the team.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
At least 2 - 4 years' experience in an administration role.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong administration skills essential.
High proficiency in MS Office.
