This is an incredible opportunity for an Operational Due Diligence Administrator to take complete ownership of due diligence processes for new & ongoing clients at South Africa's leading wealth management group.
This Operational Due Diligence Administrator role is Cape Town-based with a CTC of R400K per year.

THE ROLE
As Operational Due Diligence Administrator, you will manage operational and compliance due diligence (CDD, EDD, AML/KYC) processes across institutional clients, Collective Investment Schemes, and Retirement Funds, ensuring alignment with internal policies and evolving regulatory frameworks.
You'll assess asset managers & service providers, maintain up-to-date due diligence files, and prepare detailed ODD reports to flag risks and support onboarding decisions. By liaising with internal teams, fund managers, brokers, and custodians, you'll collect, review, and manage due diligence documentation to support audits, reporting, and cross-team compliance initiatives. You'll also monitor regulatory developments across jurisdictions, interpret legislation, and contribute to the firm's compliance culture through timely updates and recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
BCom degree
5+ years' due diligence/compliance experience
Extensive investment/wealth/asset management industry experience
Collective investments schemes & portfolio administration experience
