OPERATIONAL DUE DILIGENCE ADMINISTRATORReporting Line: Head of Fund OperationsQualifications & Experience Were looking for a driven professional with a solid foundation in finance and strong operational expertise in the asset management industry. The ideal candidate will bring:

• A BCom degree in Finance (or equivalent)
• Internal or external audit experience
• In-depth knowledge of collective investment schemes and portfolio administration
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience within Fund Operations or Asset Management Operations in the Financial Services sector

Primary Responsibilities Youll play a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity of our investment platform. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Conducting thorough due diligence reviews to assess institutional and operational risk
• Preparing and reviewing Minimum Disclosure Documents (MDDs) to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Managing Enhanced AML and KYC Due Diligence processesxe2x80x94collating and supplying documentation to external service providers and regulators
• Driving excellence in Operational Due Diligence and delivering high-quality outcomes on assigned tasks
• Supporting the documentation and continuous improvement of operational processes via Nintex for audit and risk management
• Assisting, as needed, with Section 42 transfers and trade operations within the Fund Operations team
