Job Description
Our client is a leading distributor in the refrigeration and HVAC sector, with a strong footprint across South Africa. Known for innovation and excellent customer service, they pride themselves on operational excellence, stock management, and growing their branch network. Duties:
- Manage and improve branch operations, including stock control, stock takes, and returns policies.
- Collaborate with operations teams to resolve shipping and stock issues.
- Oversee pick and pack operations for multiple outlets.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency.
- Lead branch revamps and maintain a high standard of branch appearance and layout.
- Drive continuous process improvements aligned with business goals.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in operations management within the supply chain or product distribution industry.
- Proven ability to manage stock control, returns, and warehouse optimisation.
- Experience working with 3PL companies and coordinating with operations teams.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma) with a valid driver's license.
