Key Responsibilities
Manage accommodation and spa reservations via phone, email, and OTA platforms
Maintain accurate rates, availability, and content across online booking channels
Coordinate guest itineraries, activities, and special requests
Provide concierge-style guest support, including transport arrangements and recommendations
Process bookings, confirmations, and payments with attention to detail
Maintain accurate reservation, revenue, and guest records
Liaise with on-site operations teams to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
Deliver consistent, high-level guest service in line with brand standards
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years' experience within a 4- or 5-star lodge or hotel environment (essential)
Proven experience working with OTAs and reservations support functions
Nebula reservation system experience (highly advantageous)
Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Russian (advantageous)
Strong understanding of luxury lodge operations and guest expectations
Excellent computer literacy and confidence using booking systems
Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality, tourism, and conservation
