About the Role:
We're looking for a dependable, organized and detail orientatedOnline Client Service Representative
to join our remote team. This entry-level position involves assisting clients, managing schedules, and tracking packages while maintaining a professional and supportive communication style.Salary: $6.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Provide client support via chat, email, and phone. Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate appointments. Handle package tracking on a global level and client updates. Record and maintain client data accurately on a CRM platform. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of client service experience.
Previousremote work experience

What We Offer:
Fully remote position. Full-time position, 8 hour workday, Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM SAST, subject to adjustment in accordance with daylight saving time changes. Paid training and ongoing support. Friendly, growth-focused team environment.
