Work Hours (Client) : 8 AM - 5 PM Central Time, 1-hour lunch (12-1 PM)
Pay Range : $1000 - $1500 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to coordinate the end-to-end installation of Hosted VoIP Telephone Systems and provide exceptional support to both customers and internal teams. This role combines project coordination, customer service, and operational support to ensure a seamless installation experience from start to finish.
