The Role
We are looking for a high-performing
Onboarding Specialist
to conduct 1:1 onboarding calls with new clients, guide them through the first steps of launching their AI business, and ensure they have the clarity, direction, and momentum needed to succeed.
This role blends communication, coaching, light sales psychology (without selling), and expert guidance. You will follow a structured onboarding roadmap, gather information, build rapport, and walk clients through niche selection, offer creation, business setup, and the 90-day roadmap using our internal tools and AI platform.
You will be the client's
first real touchpoint after enrollment
, so confidence, clarity, emotional intelligence, and structured call execution are essential.
This is a full-time, remote role (minimum 8 hours/day).
What You'll Do
1. Lead Structured 1:1 Onboarding Calls
Follow a proven onboarding script and flow to guide clients through the first 60-90 minutes of their journey.
Build rapport, understand motivations, and extract relevant background information.
Use our Niche Finder AI tool to select and validate the client's niche.
Help clients choose their offer using the AI platform and market demand indicators.
Select a business name, domain, and setup prerequisites.
Explain the 90-day roadmap clearly and confidently.
2. Provide Clarity, Direction & Momentum
Ensure every client leaves onboarding with certainty on:
+ Their niche
+ Their offer
+ Their business name & domain
+ Their roadmap for the first 7-90 days Support clients in removing confusion or hesitation by reinforcing confidence and clarity.
3. Use Internal Tools to Complete the Setup
Handle niche, offer, and business name setup using our internal AI platform.
Document insights, background, and decisions in the platform.
Brief internal teams about branding, website setup, and campaign preparation.
4. Maintain High Communication Quality
Communicate with professionalism, warmth, and clarity.
Guide clients confidently through the onboarding toolkit and required decisions.
Handle beginner-level objections, uncertainty, and confusion.
5. Coordinate With Support Teams
Ensure post-onboarding handover is clear and complete.
Flag complex cases to senior CS or Special Ops when needed.
Schedule follow-up onboarding touchpoints.
Requirements
Must-Have
2-4+ years in Customer Success, Client Onboarding, Coaching, or Account Management.
Strong communication skills with excellent spoken English.
High EQ and the ability to build trust quickly.
Ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining natural delivery.
Comfortable guiding clients through decisions and providing clear direction.
Tech-savvy; able to navigate multiple platforms during live calls.
Confident presenting or speaking on Zoom.
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, AI, digital marketing, consulting, or startup environments.
Experience onboarding clients into subscription or coaching programs.
Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or CRM systems.
