The Omnichannel Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. This role ensures a seamless customer experience, consistent brand messaging, and measurable impact across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify opportunities for cross-channel integration and customer engagement.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform campaign direction.
Campaign Execution & Management
Plan, launch, and monitor campaigns across email, social media, web, paid ads, SMS, and offline channels.
Coordinate messaging and creative assets across platforms for consistency.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and customer insights.
Customer Experience & Engagement
Map and analyze customer journeys to deliver personalized experiences.
Segment audiences and tailor messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Work closely with sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency at every touchpoint.
Data & Analytics
Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, social insights, etc.) to measure success.
Content & Messaging
Manage content creation for blogs, newsletters, social media, and digital ads.
Ensure content is optimized for different channels while maintaining brand voice.
Conduct A/B testing to enhance messaging effectiveness.
Technology & Tools
Manage marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
Oversee integrations across platforms to streamline campaigns.
Stay updated on new marketing technologies and trends.
Creating websites and campaigns for different companies.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and traditional marketing channels.
Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Strong collaboration skills across departments and external vendors.
Good communicator
Knowledge of building Whatsapp API for clients and managing it
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field will be advantageous.
3+ years of experience in digital or omnichannel marketing.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
Proven track record of managing successful cross-channel campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising is an added advantage.
Able to work with Canva and other designing software.
