About the team:
The Offshore Team is a dynamic team within the platform, which focuses their client servicing efforts on the administration and servicing of our client's global products offered.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide a holistic service to independent financial advisors and their assistants by forming part of a central team dealing with all relevant requests, quality checking/screening, queries, rejections, escalations, and reporting
  • To check quality control (QC) instructions accurately within agreed upon turnaround times
  • Ensure online submissions meet all business rules (signatures, discretionary broker permissions and security checks)
  • These instructions include the CDD and RR of all legal entities and individuals
  • Understanding and adherence to business rules and processing rules and working within the required SLA
  • Calculate and check incorrectly processed transactions to determine corrective actions which may result in a financial impact on the business
  • Assist other team members when necessary - provide cover during periods of absence
  • Manage telephonic and written communication as well as possible face to face interactions with independent financial advisors and their assistants
  • Perform data analysis around financial corporate activities including but not limited to transactions, queries, escalations, and exceptions with the goal to improve ease of business and avoidance of any service failures
  • Be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Internal business analysis and reporting:
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Perform analysis of ageing items in terms of our client's service level agreements in place
  • Analysis of queries received to determine possible trends and create efficiencies
Requirements:
  • Relevant Diploma or Bachelor/Commercial degree will be an advantage. Business Analysis qualification an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 -7 years industry experience, particularly in the LISP environment
  • Minimum of 3 + years' experience in servicing Independent Financial Advisors would be preferable
  • Advanced experience in excel (including pivot tables, macros) and other reporting tools
  • An in-depth knowledge around IP Global offering including GAPU, NIIP and GIB products, associated processes, business rules and legislation incl. Guernsey AML requirements
